Nothing breaks and nobody gets removed. You get a heads-up as you approach the limit, and a small buffer above it. Past that buffer new members can't join until you move up a plan — your community keeps running exactly as it is.
Any time, up or down, and you can switch between monthly and annual. Changes are prorated, so you only pay the difference for the time left in your period.
Your community keeps running until the end of the period you've already paid for — we don't cut you off the moment you cancel. You can export your members and content at any point, before or after.
If you change your mind within 30 days of a charge, email us and we'll refund it — no retention gauntlet. Refunds are issued by Dodo Payments to your original payment method, including any tax you were charged.
Because tax depends entirely on where you are, and we'd rather show you one honest number than a different price per country. Dodo Payments is our merchant of record — they calculate, collect and remit any sales tax, VAT or GST, and add it on top at checkout. Business customers with a VAT ID normally reverse-charge to zero.
No — not on any plan, not ever. You connect your own Stripe or Mercado Pago account and the money goes straight to you. Your payment processor charges their usual fee; that goes to them, never to us.
